On October 28, 2016, Shinozaki Brewery had the honor to welcome a group of 8 visitors from the United States. These food and beverage specialists wanted to learn more about Japanese sake and shochu.
They could learn about our Company history, could visit our production plants and could enjoy some tasting, including of our successful non-alcoholic Amazake drink. We also we pleased to show our Shochu aging facility and its 2,000 oak barrels. Everyone had a good time and we hope that we will be able to establish long-term relations.
