DESCRIPTION : This straight-type Amazake is made only from the scarification of rice malt and steamed rice. While its taste is sweet, it is sugar-free and preservative-free.

Amazake is often called “Japanese yogurt”. The function of Koji fungus (Aspergillus oryzae) is good for the intestinal environment and for boosting immunity. It contains essential amino acid and glucose in high quantities. This non-alcoholic beverage is loved by everyone, from toddlers to the elderly, and can be enjoyed in many different ways, either as a drink or instead of milk in your cereals for example.
