A FEW WORDS : Sake making process always needs “WA” or harmony. I would like to contribute to a creation of rich food culture that makes all the people happy and kind to others.

WHY DID I JOIN THIS INDUSTRY : I first encountered a high quality competition level Daiginjo-as a gift. I was moved by its rich fragrance and taste I had never tasted before. This experience inspired me to make such highest quality Sake with my hands.

HOBBY : Going to Onsen hot springs. I recommend Kikuchi Spa and Aso area in Kumamoto.
