DESCRIPTION : This special brand of Nihonshu has a fruity aroma and elegant dry taste.

Shinozaki’s Kunigiku Sake relies on traditional taste and processing method. On the other hand, Hiramatasu is an innovative Sake as it has two different types of flavors: “Ama-umakuchi (sweet and umami taste)” focusing on the natural sweetness of rice, and “Tanrei-Karakuchi (elegant dry taste)”.

Hiramatsu Sake always uses local ingredients. We work with local rice farmers to grow Yamada-nishiki rice for our brewery. Our Nihonshu uses also local underground water. We are committed to this process.

TASTING NOTES : Specially made Junmai Daiginjoshu for IWC (international Wine Challenge) and Annual Japan Sake Awards in a small batch. Elegant dry  (Tanrei Karakuchi) with a subtle banana aroma.  Delicate clear taste.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : Chilled (This Sake is not suitable for warm because aroma will disappear when you make it warm)
